Can I get a learning certificate?

You can automatically generate your learning certificate from the 'Learning Certificate Issuance' page in your My Page.

Can I take lessons from both the dedicated instructor and reservation systems?

Yes, you can take lessons from both the dedicated instructor and reservation systems. You can take reservation lessons during the available times of your dedicated instructor.

Can you issue an invoice?

Yes, we can issue invoices for you. Please contact us through our inquiry form.

How to change your email address

Once you log in to your My Page, go to the member menu and click 'Confirm/Change Member Information'. On the next page, click the 'Change Member Information' button at the top. On the following page, you will see a prompt that says 'Click here to change your email address'. You can make the change from there. Alternatively, after logging in, you can also change it directly from here.

You can't book daily lessons

If you're having trouble booking daily lessons, for example, because there aren't enough instructors, please contact us through the inquiry form. We will give you tickets for make-up lessons.

Can I set the timezone for my lesson times?

To set your timezone, first log in to your My Page. From the member menu, select 'Confirm/Change Member Information'. On the next page, click the 'Change Member Information' button at the top. You'll then be able to choose your 'Timezone' from Japan or Vietnam. If you select Japan, your lesson times will show in Japan Standard Time. If you select Vietnam, they will show in Vietnam Standard Time.
